Submission Form
(Feb 22-April 8th)

The Festival is open to all students ages 12-19.

1. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must have a separate form.

2. Group projects are encouraged. The person who submits the film must be someone who worked on the project or an authorized representative of the project.

3. All music and art used in the film must be original or copyright-free.

4. The deadline for form submissions is April 7th.
